Familiarity with one or more estimating tools (e.g. Blue Beam, RS Means, others).

Will work closely with senior project managers and corporate leadership to prepare estimates for proposals, including performing material takeoffs and weld counts from drawings and documents, determining hour estimates, making productivity adjustments, including indirect and other direct support requirements, and applying updated rates for pricing as applicable. May be part-time (e.g. on demand) to start but is anticipated to grow into a full time role.
